Restoring your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup brings Runway's figures with it. Or, on the old phone, go to Settings → Privacy & data → Backup, save the file to iCloud Drive or Files, then use Restore on the new phone.
On the unlock screen, or in Settings, tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Starting the trial is a free item in the App Store, as Apple requires. You get the full app for 14 days. After that you can unlock it for £4.99, once. Nothing is charged unless you choose to unlock, and your figures stay on your phone either way.
